  • Up => Low Field - in front of the robot bumper
  • Right => Fore Field - extended out as far as the rule bounds allow and on the ground, creep it back as the driver moves forward
  • Down => Mid Rung
  • Up => High Rung

We'd also want a command for inverting the arm - moving it to the other side of the robot.
