Don't know time zone of files on Choose Files to Upload from the EMSL Instrument area

I enter the Uploader interface and begin to look for files within the Choose Files to Upload from the EMSL Instrument area of the interface. I see a time, but there is no time zone indicator.
The time zone currently being used is GMT (Zulu time), but I had to go to the source file share to confirm.
Please include the time zone after the time.

Also, consider adding a configuration file that defines whether the Uploader is show date/time in local time or zulu time.
