Generate daq:Metric subclasses from LQML

Doesn't an LQML definition have all the information that we need to generate a subclass of daq:Metric? (Maybe except expectedDataType, but this could be added to LQML.) We could thus relax this requirement into the strong recommendation to publish the RDF snippet that's generated from the LQML def.
