Hello, author, I am very interested in the repetitive sequence annotation tool ----eirepeat developed by you.
However, during operation, I encountered the following error, which seems to be a cluster problem. However, I am currently working in an independent server, and I have never had the experience of cluster delivery.
Can you give me some help? I have not been able to "eirepeat configure --help"."eirepeat run --help" to see the solution.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
eirepeat is currently written to support running on the HPC cluster (especially SLURM scheduler) and therefore it is not supported for a local run.
This is because depending on the species you want to run the eirepeat pipeline, it would take weeks to run on a local machine rather than a few days on an HPC cluster.
I understand the need to run it locally, which is on my list of things to do. I will keep this issue open and let you know when I add the feature.
