Since we need to do another USHMM ingest at some point, this XLST might need updating.

Changes are needed because the USHMM data is from a Solr query rather than the Solr update doc. Fortunately the new data is much cleaner (esp. regarding access points) so many hacks can probably be removed.

Sample of new data attached.
