Description
Currently Add new buttons are disabled so there is no option to add new fields for candidate form configuration, eligibility criteria and for the supporting documents.

Solution
Implement separate ui component for add new fields

  • Implement separate add new dialogs for each candidate form configuration and for supporting documents that loads after user clicks on add new button
  • Click on save button will add new fields
(more information and mock ups will be added later )

Steps to go to form configuration step

  1. Click create election tab on side navigation bar
  2. Give template name and click on next button
  3. You can see the form configuration screen
  4. Go to final step of the wizard to see the eligibility criteria

Additional context

  • We need to add the same ui for the update election template as well
