Description
Currently the system has only two party categories. which are registered political parties (RPP) and independent groups (IG) but as election commission requested there is another party category as non registered political parties (NRPP) so we need to add that as well

Solution
Election configuration step on the create election template have two sections for adding security deposit amounts for each party categories which is missing the non registered political party
so we need to add same type of ui for the non registered political party as well

Steps to go to election configuration step

  1. Click create election tab on side navigation bar
  2. Give template name and click on next button
  3. Go to the final step on the wizard by clicking next button
  4. You can see the security deposit fields for RPP and IG
  5. Click security deposit radio button on one of RPP or IG section
  6. You can see the security deposit amount field appears

Additional context
We need to add the same ui for the update election template as well
