概要(Overview)

メニューに項目追加する際、複数のフックポイントを拡張する必要があり、煩雑
複数のプラグインがメニューを追加している場合、他のプラグインが追加しているメニューが表示されない

期待する内容(Expect) or 要望 (Requirement)

拡張方法の簡略化や、プラグイン間で競合しないような仕組みが必要かと思われます。
※例えば管理画面メニューのようにデータ化しても良いかもしれません
