① composer.jsonのサンプルコードの最新化

現在：記載例が4.0系になっている
提案：4.1系以降の記述法について追加
　- 4.0系: ec-cube/<大文字小文字区別するプラグインコード>
　- 4.1以降: ec-cube/<すべて小文字のプラグインコード>
② テンプレートへの介入方法の見直し ec-cube#2440 の例を記入
現在：issueに飛んでいる
提案：具体例を書く
　- カスタマイズの例、スニペットの使い方等
