17, 20-@lyase DEFICIENCY, ISOLATED will require curation (map to the correct term) - it would be great that the space doesn't affect the mapping as everything else is the same
LYASE DEFICIENCY, ISOLATED will map automatically which is a bit dangerous as this can correspond to different lysases

Also e.g. ... 46,XY and 46XY
