Some of our xrefs are associated with APs, especially definitions, rather than the class itself. That is:
Would OxO be able/willing to parse those?
If they are associated with the definition, I think it's fair to say they are anchored to the class' semantics and can be considered mappings.

this is possible, however we only include xrefs between entities that we understand, usually these are either ontology identifiers (as CURIEs) or known database accessions. In the example here, OxO wouldn't know the type of value for that PDF link so it would be ignored. We can register new datasources, but generally we expect these to be either a database or ontology registered in either identifiers.org or OLS.
