When using a screen in the flowsheet, the mass flow and psd are input, but nothing is returned as output. This is the case for the coarse and fine material. The effect is independent of the used model.

I could not figure out where is the mistake. The streams ar all connectet, tried also different settings of the screen modell parameters.

Could you attach the flowsheet and (if you have modified it) your materials database?

What are mass streams of the corresponding streams? Are they not 0?
Are there any non-standard models on the flowsheet?
Also check that for all active materials following material properties are set:

  • density
  • bond work index (if Bond model is used)
  • enthalpy (since to temperature changes is modelled, it is enough to set it to any non-zero value)
