Photos not caching on Android

Describe the bug
I using FastImage.cacheControl.cacheOnly - Only show images from cache, do not make any network requests but not showing image.
Because images are not cached on Android, when loading a long list, the device freezes and lags.

Dependency versions

• React Native version: 0.73.8
• React version: 18.3.1
• React Native Fast Image version: 8.6.3

Note: if these are not the latest versions of each I recommend updating as extra effort will not be taken to be backwards compatible, and updating might resolving your issue.
