Evaluation errors submitting my test results to the PASCAL server

I test the pascal voc 2012 data, and submit my test results to the evaluation serber.
I got the following Evaluation errors:

Anybody knows how to solve it?

It seems because I wrote the image with wrong mode,
After adding : im = im.convert('P', palette=Image.ADAPTIVE, colors=256) before saving the image, The server can do the evaluation. But still not right, The evaluation result is very bad.
