The editor download link here is http://www.endrov.net/temp/, which gives me:

Thank you and sorry, there is an access issue currently with the server location in the Swedish university network. We are on it!

We are currently identifying a replacement server, as the current one can no longer guarantee public access. This pursued as a matter of priority.
