DoES Producers, Partner Producers & Third Party Producers

Over on the fulfilment side of things, @JackReason85 and I are funnelling orders through to a central Trello board.

When orders come through, we touch base with a customer to confirm we've received it.

We then offer them 3 options:

1. DoES Producers — we produce your visors that have been designed with input from multiple NHS doctors from different specialities.
2. Partner Producers — produced by friends of DoES I.e. @KarlDunkerley. We pay these folks for each unit they produce.
3. Third Party Producers — these are makers, small scale manufacturers and wholesalers that have contacted us through our website to find NHS orders. For these, we explicitly set out, that we cannot substantiated the quality or reliability of this supplier, we're simply connecting the two.

Key points:

• A lot of our customers are asking for our Visors only. So they are happy to wait it out. Jack keeps them posted on progress.
• We've connected 7 orders, nearly 2700 units to 3rd party suppliers
• We've shipped 100 through partners. More coming up
• We have a final end state for all of the funnels to a column called Signed, sealed, delivered. This is where we follow up with each customer 1 day after they are expecting delivery to see if they are happy. We don't stop supporting them until they reach this state, no matter where their order has come from; DoES, Partners, or Third Parties.

I've added two columns to the "Suppliers" spreadsheet to make it clear in there which is a Supplier of materials and which is a Producer of PPE.

There are question marks where I didn't know answers. Maybe somebody can fill those in
