Filters file improperly created for VC++ : Shared Items Project #8

Within a "Shared Items Project", the filters file should contain references to items in this form:
ClCompile Include="$(MSBuildThisFileDirectory)"

However, the extension creates this instead:
ClInclude Include=""

which makes it to still appear at the top-level instead of the folder where it resides in.

Certain parts were cut - the expected output is:
ClCompile Include="$(MSBuildThisFileDirectory)rest-of-the-path-to-a-file"

and the actual output is:
ClInclude Include="rest-of-the-path-to-a-file"
