Add release tags to project

I just wanted to ask, if you could add git tags for the official releases.
This would be nice to have, so we can go ahead and add experimental packaging for a few distros.

Yes, please! I trying to package this for nix and it's very hard to determine which commit corresponds to the release on crates.io!

If anyone is here for the same/similar reason, it seems that the commit hash for the 0.3.0 release was 15ec138320901c0a0a342fa949fac77bed7c551b according to the source on docs.rs
