This is a prank windows malware, just for fun, nothing harmful.
I will teach you how to compile, and remove malware, if you choose.

HOW TO COMPILE

You can compile yourself, using: (note: this program needs admin permission for work)

gcc -o trollvirus *.c my.res

If you don't have gcc installed, you can download. (see anyone youtube tutorial, to do it.)

REMOVE

First, open regedit using Win + R, and type regedit

On top, paste HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, the screen will look something like this

Remove "Google Chrome", because this is a name of malware.
