This is an html based interactive star map for Starflight 2: Trade Routes of the Cloud Nebula.
It is a self contained .html file and can be launched in any modern browser.
To use, just drag the calibrator to the coordinates on the map specified by the game. You can click in the center of the calibrator to display a zoomed in view of that portion of the map.
