[Feature]: NexusMods: Update changelog on upload

Problem

NexusMods has a changelog feature for versions. The program does not currently seem to interact with it.

Solution

Add a changelog argument which accepts a text string, which will be added to the changelog for the mod, under the provided version from -v.
