Follow Up on #273 from 2019, now that CoreWCF is "stable", and MS seems to put it's weight behind it, it would be nice to have a note on use case of SoapCore vs CoreWCF early in the Readme in this project.

So newcomers like me who only need to consume existing Soap / Webservices (incl wsdl/xsd) in .Net 8 (soon 9) can orientate on what to use.
