Auto-updater and tray menu

This version adds a tray menu to quickly switch between connections and an auto updater.

Initial release

The first version of wiregui.

Highlight features:

• Connect and disconnect from wireguard tunnels via UI
• List all your saved connections
• Show date when the connection was last connected
• Display current connected tunnel

Should work on windows and linux.
