Description

Add Dynamic hooks to handle state management for both forms and general state management

Motivation

because it will reduce the workload across projects

Possible Implementation

I already have a draft for useDynamicForm as well as useDynamicState. these could have different names later on, or be refactored into other things as the project goes on depending on use cases.
