I have just started learning about kraken and installed bioconda kraken2 on our high speed cluster. I see that it is version 2.0.7.
I can not build the standard database and I get the follow error
Downloading nucleotide est accession to taxon map...rsync: link_stat "/taxonomy/accession2taxid/nucl_est.accession2taxid.gz" (in pub) failed: No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1651) [Receiver=3.1.2]
I have read previous thread about pulling data from NCBI, but I don't see how this issue can be fixed when using bioconda version of kraken.
Thanks!
