The argument origin_count from class OriginsDestinationsSection is currently mandatory when running an hazard overlay including Origins/Destinations.
Is this argument is set to None, it will return an error while running: handler.configure(). Workaround is to provide a dummy numeric column in the origins shapefile and use it as argument.
As a user, I would like to run hazard overlay without having to provide a dummy attribute name.
