Enhancement Description

I tried to install pyflwdir. But I got the error
RuntimeError: Cannot install on Python version 3.13.0; only versions >=3.9,<3.13 are supported.

This is not yet possible since there is no Numba release yet that supports Python 3.13. Once Numba 0.61 is released that part should be unblocked.
