It seems the artifact has been renamed from imod_coupler_windows.zip into imod_collector.zip for certain builds:
I ran into this issue for build 4399156:
https://dpcbuild.deltares.nl/app/rest/builds/4399156/artifacts/content/imod_coupler_windows.zip fails, but works if renamed to https://dpcbuild.deltares.nl/app/rest/builds/4399156/artifacts/content/imod_collector.zip
However for an older build 3575436:
the content is still named imod_coupler_windows.zip
imod_coupler_windows.zip
It seems like there has been some renaming going on, and download_imod_collector.py needs to be updated.
