Improvement Description

It would be nice to weigh the underlying hazard cells of an exposure object according to the overlap between the exposure object and the hazard cell. This will provide a more accurate estimation of the actual inundation/ hazard.

Implementation Description

A dummy method exists for doing the calculation. It makes use of upscaling the grid. So it will not be 100 percent accurate.
But the user can define the upscaling, and therefore the accuracy, themselves in the config.
