Salvage Vendor menu will buy item for no reason

Description

While the salvage vendor menu is opened, using any keys that could lead to an action (opening chat, moving, or action bar) right next to it would automatically buy stuff that your cursor is hovering over.
Reproduction

stand at most 1 tile away from salvage vendor
open the vendor's menu
hover cursor over an item
use any key that results in an action (wasd, numbers, chat keys, console)
watch as it attempts to buy the item
