Clearer Instructions on how to implement the iOS integration for the sake of beginners

Thanks for the plugin. But just a request on the 'URL scheme' and the 'application delegate' part of the integration on iOS could you provide a step by step tutorial or explanation on how to do that exactly, for beginners it's a bit tricky, for example, what does Braintree mean when it says "This scheme must start with your app's Bundle ID and be dedicated to Braintree app switch returns" as in what is "Braintree app switch returns" exactly.
