I think the SDK has been updated with a different directory structure :

"Step 26 :
Copy files into assistant directory :
$ cp -r mocktailsmixer/software/rpi embedded-assistant-sdk-python/googlesamples/"

With the new directory structure :
$ cp -r mocktailsmixer/software/rpi assistant-sdk-python/google-assistant-sdk/googlesamples/
