A set of TVB related small packages for efficient scripting with TheVirtualBrain simulator

Its sub-packages contain:

helper functions (tvb_scripts.utils)
plotting functions
a Timeseries extended model and service
input/output module to and from TVB files
and a Head model and services for TVB Structural data, for more efficient scripting with TVB concepts.
