Enhanced scheduler

Enhanced scheduler with repeating alarms (like smartphone alarm clocks have) should be implemented.

More detailed specification of the scheduler is required as well.

I've seen a lot of requests in the forums asking for scheduling features in Mopidy.

As a first step just being able to specify a pause/stop time in Mopidy-Alarmclock would probably meet most users needs.

@jcass77 I have registered #4 Add sleep timer for sleep timer.

If many users want this then I will probably implement this soon (however no ETAs). Most likely I will come back to Mopidy-AlarmClock after making improvements in Pictures2SD.

Prieks ka kāds latvietis darbojas ar mopidy, varbūt ir kaut kur tomēr palicis pusdarīts /pabeigts modinātāja ieplānošana, piemēram, nedēļas darba dienās .... un nedēļas nogalē ....

Visdrīzāk, tas ir strādājošs, bet varētu nebūt tik stabils kā oficiālā versija.
