BasiliskII: resized window's size is not retained, after video mode switch #22

Steps to reproduce:

launch app in windowed mode
resize the host OS' window (i.e. the Basilisk II window), observing that guest OS screen stretches, accordingly
change resolution in guest OS, such as via the Monitors Control Panel, in System 7.x

Expected result: host OS window remains the same size

Observed result: guest OS window reverts to un-resized size
