Global ranking broken #2

Due to changes in BGA global ranking you cannot use the filter there.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=carcassonne
Execute bga-arena-scoreboard script
Choose any filter (for example, country=Spain)
Click 'run'

After 458d57e you can get the global ranking when reviewing any game:

Go to https://boardgamearena.com/archive/replay/221205-1000/?table=325032616&player=84486751&comments=84486751;
Scroll down
Click on Competition
Select All-Time instead of Current Season
Run the script now

Still broken in Game Panel but at least there is this workaround.
