Right now, the called out entries are still there so there requires some manual intervention. Until the code includes checks for URLs' validity.

Not sure how it can be automated?

A report button on the Leaderboard page for that homework? So each homework submission that have > 1 (or a threshold value) reported incidents are "quarantined" so that homework submission is not counted? Or each reported homework counts towards a percentage threshold would mean the whole profile is "quarantined" - goes to the bottom of the list.

If there's a reporting tool, there also has to be an appeal process? So they can appeal for that particular homework if true and genuine human error and not affect their whole profile? Appeal process also means human intervention for now, isn't it?
