Course interest/registration form

right now we use air table or Google Docs to understand if there is interest in the community for launching a course. but We should have this form directly in the course management system where we can understand if there is interest if we launch the course. So people don't need to sign up twice and then there's less confusion and also this way it will be much easier to integrate with MailChimp
