Feature Request: Events (volume, mute-state, streamer-state changes)

Just like the SteelSeries app itself, my Touch Portal page has (un)mute buttons.

Before using this plugin. they were (un)muting the Windows Audio sources. Now they use this plugin's actions. 🎉

They are also listening to the "Audio Output becomes Muted/Unmuted" event, which works for everything except Master 😞

Given the entire setup except Master works even better¹ when using just "Windows Audio" events and actions, the only reason for me for trying out this plugin has been Master functionality, yet that functionality is unreliable², which makes me kinda sad.
