Improve the requirements verification

Problem

We are currently checking if the tools needed by the installer are installed at the host machine, but some actions also requires the platform to be already installed or its ports to be exposed and working.

Scope

Review and improve the requirements check for all installer actions, especially the demo-related actions in regard to the outcomes of previous actions.
