Build step is very slow...

  • get data on each image build time
  • pre-build them, and use pre-build images

As we are adding more scenarios to run things get more duration sensitive, so I have started working on that, using dd-trace-rb as starting ground: DataDog/dd-trace-rb#2738

Actually not needed on ruby, as the base image has almost everything. We just need to rebuild rails images in API mode to avoid to install node / npm. See DataDog/images-rb#28
