Collect Mississippi voter registration data

Need to contact the Secretary of State and see if they can send us the data. It appears not to be on the website.

I contacted their office over email, and should hear from then soon.

I got in contact with their office, and have submitted a formal request for their voter registration information. Can you assign me to this issue @scottcame ?

The office of the MS Secretary of State will send us the records within the next 14 days. This will only include voter registration by county, as MS does not record party affiliation data.

Any chance we can amend our request to get historical data?

@chrisdick14 Here is active voter registration data from 2008 and on. Apparently, the state does not hold any county level registration data at or before the 2006 election. If we want that data, we will have to individually reach out to each of the 82 counties.
