Specifications should be linked to so that users can understand what the tool is implemented against.
JSON table schema (no reference):
Currently there is a reference to the table schema but no link to what that specification looks like, my understanding is that it is this standard here: https://frictionlessdata.io/specs/table-schema/ previously at https://web.archive.org/web/20160304043745/http://dataprotocols.org/json-table-schema/
Consulting the pages here https://csvlint.io/about seems to confirm the assumption. It would be great to have it on the README.md.
