Assign reoccuring events to moon phases/events

Hey there,

I encountered several role playing systems (e.g. The Dark Eye) where certain events are tied to specific moon phases, a certain festival occurring on the first/second full/new moon of a certain month... Right now a workaround would be to specify those events for each year individually.

Would it be possible to have this as a feature?
