This is on purpose, as I couldn't find a good effect for each weather event and I didn't want to force a huge array of effects and flashiness on a DM who doesn't want to RP a tornado destroying the town the party's in.
If enough people want it, it's a simple enough thing to add in, but I won't implement it for now.
In https://github.com/DasSauerkraut/calendar-weather/blob/master/modules/weatherTracker.mjs#L57 you don't push any effects for extreme weather, which rather detracts from the atmosphere when they occur. (Or, rather, hassles the DM to set up the weather effects manually.)
All of the other weather rolls get their respective effects, so lack of effects for extreme weather seems like a bit of an oversight?
