Make Packager recipes for ambers more consistent.

Context

I believe that there should be a packager recipe for crafting ambers such as Redstone Amber using Redstone Resin, as that is Redstone Resin's only use other than melting it so there would be no conflicts with other recipes. I understand that some Ambers can't have Packager recipes because their ingredients are already used in a different Packager recipe (such as clay, gravel, diamond, and bone) but a few Ambers don't have any ingredients that are used in any currently existing Packager recipes. I've looked at a few others and Donut Amber, Cookie Amber, and Bacon Amber all have no packager recipes even though none of their ingredient would cause any conflict in a packager.
