Duplication in packager

Bug Description

Using a packager and folders from the Real Filing Cabinet mod, you can duplicate any items that can be placed into a folder

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place a folder with any item into the packager.
2. Place a folder with a different item into the packager.
3. Using ctrl+left click, put a third folder (it can contain items or be empty but activated) into the packager.
4. The third folder stacks with the second, becoming identical (like the folder we placed second).
