It's made by the same guy, Vazkii, the creator of Botania, Quark and Psi mods, for example) so you can expect quality code there.
And it requires the same library (autoreglib).

It is essentially the same thing as Akashic Tome but it stores tools instead of books. So you can store your Botania wand, your wrenches from Thermal, EnderIO, Refined Storage, etc in your Morph-o-tool and it will automagically transform into the correct tool whenever you look at a block added by those mods.

In big modpacks with several tech mods, these two mods (Akashic Tome, Morph-o-tool) and the Tool Belt mod are a must for me. The Tool Belt mod is in this modpack already :)
