Fertilizers - how to specify custom mixes.

Total fertilizer weight instead of weights of elemental components, also requires description of components and relative composition
Elemental N, P, K
NO3, NH4, urea amounts as direct input
DONE in VMapper, but not ICASA - P vs P2O5 - designation for both because people use both in their data
MOSTLY DONE- Micronutrients - see IFDC data, Corn CAP
DONE - ICASA codes for fertilizer types
