I had an issue with installation failing because a directory in my path had a space in the name. The commands for Tables for example could be modified in anticipation of such a case. instead of cp Tables $(Homel)/AdmixTools it can be expressed as cp Tables "$(HOMEL)"/AdmixTools. There are simular instructions which could benefit from the change.
